I'm genuinely saddened to write this review after over a year working with this company. Until recently, we had a good relationship and were happy with the quality. We changed our running belt's key retention cord. The approved sample and first production batch were securely stitched, with no issues. However, our latest, much larger order arrived with cords pulling straight out of the stitching, potentially causing customers to lose their keys. The supplier insists the stitching has always been the same, yet the sample and previous batch were secure while this batch clearly isn't. Something has changed. Despite providing photos, videos and customer complaints, they refuse to accept responsibility or offer a resolution. We offered replacement or payment for repairs, but neither was accepted. Very disappointing quality control and after-sales service. Buyers should be aware of how problems are handled.
